MINUTES OF MEETING
AUGUST 3, 2000
PRESENT: Chairman Tracy Scott, Jeff Jordan, Joanna McIntosh, Pauline Cote, Harold Arey, Skip Lawrence, Stan Brehm, Richard DeBold, Secretary Andrea Deachman
Chairman Scott introduced the Board and asked the members of the Board to review the minutes of July 6, 2000
Some small typographical errors were made and Pauline will correct the minutes.
Motion was made to accept the minutes with the small changes.

DISCUSSION: Peter & Ruth Hammen
Subdivision
Map 8, Lot 25, Bear Hill Road
Peter Hammen presented the Board with plans for his subdivision. Mr. Hammen explained that he would be subdividing one lot off the original lot. Mr. Hammen was unaware of the residential soils in the field counting toward residential soils for the whole lot. After discussion the plans will need to be on three sheets with setbacks.
Design Review and Public Hearing set for September 7, 2000
DISCUSSION: Debbie Marden
Subdivision
Map 8, Lot 38, Suncook Valley Road
Debbie Marden Presented the Board with a plan that showed where she would like to subdivide. First she would be giving a neighbor some of her land in trade for frontage on Route 28 then she would subdivide a lot with proper frontage and acreage. Mrs. Marden would like to only have the property involved surveyed, the Board requested Chairman Scott to speak with the town engineer about this issue and he will let Mrs. Marden know what the engineer says.

DISCUSSION: ZONING REVIEW
The Board reviewed the new zoning and made punctuation and grammatical changes only one more quick review and the zoning will go to be copied.
Motion was made to readjust the Minutes of July 6, 2000 to change the Subdivision name from McIntosh to Bassett.
